Affiliate Program Terms

Every user with an activated AI Merch Workflow license automatically receives a personal referral code and link. No separate signup, application or approval is required.

A visitor who follows your referral link is attributed to you via a first-party browser cookie for 60 days. If a visitor follows a link from a different affiliate afterwards, the most recent link is the one credited (last-click wins).

Attribution is captured once, at the moment a new subscription is created, and is permanent for the life of that subscription.

You earn 20% of the pre-tax subscription revenue on every payment made by a referred customer — the initial charge and every renewal — for as long as they remain subscribed. The commission rate may change for future referrals; it will never be reduced retroactively on commissions already earned.

A new commission is held as "pending" for 15 days before it becomes payable, to cover the refund window. If the underlying payment is refunded — at any point, including after payout — the commission is reversed and, if already paid, offset against your future earnings.

Referring your own purchases — using an account, email address or payment method that matches your own — is not eligible for commission and may result in suspension of your affiliate access. We reserve the right to suspend any affiliate account showing signs of fraudulent or abusive activity, freezing any unpaid balance pending review.

Payouts are processed manually via PayPal once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in the app's Affiliate panel. You are responsible for providing a valid, verified PayPal address and for any tax obligations arising from your earnings in your jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms, the commission rate, or the payout threshold at any time, with changes applying to future referrals. We may terminate the program, or your participation in it, at any time; commissions already confirmed at that point remain payable.
